FEATURED HUBSPOT UPDATES

IOS & ANDROID - ALL HUBS & TIERS

Easier Way to See Your Upcoming Meetings on Mobile

The current mobile meetings widget on the app home screen works great for customers using CRM and Sales tools who need an overview of their day ahead. Up until now however, it hasn’t been possible to check availability beyond the current day when users are away from their desks.

The new meetings widget (accessible from home), now expands the view of upcoming meetings and enables you to see your entire calendar on mobile! Tap on the link to “View all meetings.” This will display your availability in calendar format, or, if preferred, you can toggle to see the same information in list view too.

Calls, Notes, & Logged Activities Associated with Correct Records

When a user starts logging an activity with a contact for example, their primary company and recent open deals will be "pre-selected" as associations. The user can add or remove any other associations they like.

HubSpot structures data across four main objects: Contacts, Companies, deals and tickets. But a call with a given contact is relevant to the company they work for, and an open deal that might be in progress. So, these activities should be associated with multiple records. However, this wasn't the case on mobile... until now!

AI Assistant for Workflow Descriptions

You can now use HubSpot's AI Assistant to instantly interpret and summarize a workflow, while generating concise and comprehensive description. This AI Assistant will make it easier than ever to manage all of your workflows at a glance, at scale.

There are 3 ways you can add/edit a workflow description:
  1. In the workflows editor, click on the workflow name at the top.
  2. In the workflows editor's Review & Publish step, click on the workflow name at the top.
  3.  From the workflows index page, hover over a workflow's name, click on More > View Details. Then, click on the workflow name towards the top left.

This allows for more robust Lifecycle reporting, which is critical in setting up Lifecycle Stage automations.

Custom Properties and Description Field for Lists

Custom properties can now be created to better manage and organize Lists! This allows you to customize HubSpot to fit your business model, to organize, group, filter and report on your data your way. Campaigns recently announced the ability to create custom properties inside the Campaigns tool and now we're extending this functionality to Lists. Additionally, HubSpot added an optional Description field inside every list.

Before, the main (or only) way customers could "organize" their work in Lists was through complex naming conventions and equally complex search queries, folders, or exports. Now, admins will be able to define a set of custom properties to help teams better organize lists during and after list creation.

More Details and Labels on Global Search Results

Now, you can see additional details about a contact, company, deal, ticket, or task, when looking for them in Global Search. Also, every detail in the result is now labeled to help you understand what it is. This will help you quickly identify the result that you were looking for even if they have similar names or properties.

Start a new search in Global Search (the search bar on the top right of the main navigation menu) to see the changes. These changes will be available automatically to every HubSpot user.

Easily Review Data Model Adoption & Usage

Before, there was no holistic way to view data model utilization in HubSpot. If you're a new admin, getting up to speed was nearly impossible. If you've had HubSpot for a few years, it was hard to gauge how well your reps were using the CRM and to see if there were properties or objects that could be retired.

Now, the Data Model Overview enables users to quickly get an understanding of their data completeness and adoption.
