View Products Purchased from Contact or Company Record

You can now see what products your customer has purchased from you, directly from the contact or company record. The product history card allows you to view the products (line items) from your customer's last 100 deals, and it can also be utilized for the new orders object. To add the product history card:

  • Go to a contact record. Click ‘Customize Tabs’. Pick your team or choose your team default.
  • Select a tab and click ‘Add Card’.
  • Choose the product history card under standard cards., then save and exit.
  • Repeat the process for the company record if you want it in both places. 

When you return to the contact or company record, you'll see the card appear in the middle panel. You can search, filter, reorganize columns, and identify what deal or order is associated with the product. Learn more on the Knowledge Base.

Activity Log for Individual Lists

HubSpot introduced the ability to easily track key changes that occur on any individual list.

Inside any list, you can now see:

  • When a list was created, edited, deleted, or restored
  • When a list was used in another tool, such as an ad, a workflow, or a report
  • When a list notification was triggered
  • When a list was converted from active to static

To view the history of a list, go to any list, and click on the new Activity tab.

Mobile Sales Email Enhancements

Mobile sales reps can enjoy this new enhanced sales email experience by composing and replying/forwarding emails directly from any mobile CRM record (contact, deal, company, ticket or custom object) or from the '+ > email floating menu. New email features:

  • Redesigned email composition screen
  • Reply, Reply-All and Forward emails (from email bottom sheet and timeline kebab)
  • Attach files, docs, images, etc from the device's gallery and folders
  • Communication permissions and GDPR opt-out chip signals
  • Ability to see previous threads in both reply and forward compose screens
  • Customers to be able to deep link from opened email activity feed notifications to sent email

Required Field Mappings in Data Sync

In order for a data sync connection between HubSpot and other apps to run smoothly, required properties need to be part of field mapping. HubSpot will now surface required fields within a data sync setup's field mappings table, while enforcing these properties to be mapped.

Required fields will show in the field mappings table with an asterisk (*). Disabling a default field mapping with an asterisk will surface an error: the said property needs to be mapped. HubSpot will not only infer whether a field is required for the HubSpot side, but also for the remote side.

Workflow Enrollment Diagnosis

You can now efficiently troubleshoot workflow enrollments directly in-app! This functionality will empower users to independently investigate and resolve workflow enrollment questions.

The tool provides users with:

  • Comprehensive logs detailing the enrollment status of each record.
  • A clear indication of successful enrollments
  • Reasons a workflow wouldn't (or did not) enroll
