Conditional Logic in Forms
Conditional Logic lets you create a form that responds to people’s answers. It’s a great way of segmenting your audience, and making the experience as easy as possible for them. Visitors only see questions that are relevant to them creating a feeling of a thoughtful, customized interaction. The results? Higher completion rates.
You can now Show and Hide fields and Skip to another step... do this based on one or many fields using AND/OR conditions. You can also add multiple levels of logic by creating multiple rules. Learn more on the KB.
"Freezing" Multiple Columns
You can now select 2 additional columns to be frozen on an Index table to make for easier interactions with your data.
- Select 'Edit Columns' on any Index page table (Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket, etc.).
- Look for the drop-down toggle in the upper right of the modal. Select the number of columns you'd like to remain 'frozen.'
- Select 'Apply' and then select the 'Save' icon on the view to persist your changes
Bulk Assign Tickets
Manually assigning tickets one by one is time-consuming and inefficient, especially for scaling support teams handling large volumes of tickets. Bulk assign allows you to update the owner property on tickets simultaneously.
1. Select 1+ tickets and click on "Assign"
2. Select from Ticket owner dropdown and click "Update"
3. A success message will flash once bulk assign is complete
Interactive Workflow Diagram
The workflow editor now shows the Enrollment History together with the workflow diagram. After selecting an enrollment, the diagram shows the version of the workflow that enrollment experienced, and the path the enrollment followed is highlighted. A side-panel provides details about each step the enrollment tool, what happened, and why.
Tapping on the branch action in the diagram reveals an explanation of why the contact followed the branch path that is show in the diagram. Similarly, on the enrollment step reveals in the panel an explanation of which enrollment criteria was met.
Navigate to Automation > Workflows, and choose any active workflow. From the menu bar, choose View > Enrollment History. From the Enrollment history panel, search for or choose any enrollment from the list. Learn more on the KB.
Activity Tab in Campaigns
You can now visualize a timeline of all changes made to a marketing campaign using the new "Activity" tab in the marketing campaigns tool. This tab displays a list of changes, including edits to the campaign itself and any updates on assets associated to the campaign, all in one place, from newest to oldest.
Much like the Activity tab found on a contact, company, or deal, this feature allows you to see who made each change and filter by activity type, enabling you to quickly pinpoint the exact information you need.
When a customer visits the details page of an individual Campaign, they'll now find a new "Activity" tab alongside Performance, Assets, and Tasks. For more information, visit the Knowledge Base.
