Workflows Health Tab
All workflows users will now see a summary of the number of workflows with potential issues and the number of unused workflows in their account. The Workflows Health Tab sits next to the Manage and Analyze tabs. Use it to quickly uncover potential health risks across your workflows, including:
- Similar workflows — a list of workflows that may be redundant or in conflict with other workflows (Enterprise Hubs)
- Workflows with issues — a summary and graph of the number of workflows with any issues over time
- Unused workflows report — a summary and graph of the number of unused workflows over time
Navigate to the Workflows page, and select the new Health tab. Enterprise users will see a searchable table of workflows that have similarities to other workflows. For all Pro+ workflow customers, all users will see summaries and graphs of the number of workflows with issues and the number of unused workflows over time.
Set Validation Rules
You will now be able to set validation rules for certain default properties in HubSpot's Smart CRM. Validation rules help maintain consistent and accurate data in the CRM. When validation rules are set for a property, users must meet the property’s requirements in order to save a value.
For example, you may want to ensure that Postal Code is a number with a maximum of 5 characters, that Deal Amount is a number, or that Contact First Name doesn't exceed a certain character limit. Navigate to: Object Settings > Properties > Edit Property > Rules > Select Validation Rules.
Apps Now Discoverable in Workflows
In Workflows, apps are now accessible in a side panel to scroll, search, and sort without the hassle of context switching away from your work. Previously, to set up a workflow that included information and tasks from your other tools, you were redirected to the HubSpot App Marketplace to browse and install workflow compatible apps. Now, with apps accessible right inside HubSpot Workflows, your team can save time and boost productivity more than ever before.
Discover and install as follows:
- Click "Install App," and a catalog will appear in the new side panel.
- Search, sort, and scroll available apps.
- Select an app, and view details in a new modal, instead of being redirected to the App Marketplace.
- Follow install flow prompts to successfully install your app of choice.
New and Updated App Marketplace
HubSpot's App Marketplace now has 80+ new apps, including including LinkedIn CRM Sync and Microsoft Clarity, and 25+ updated apps with new features.
Navigate to HubSpot’s App Marketplace via the marketplace icon in the top right of your HubSpot portal. Browse the App Marketplace and select an app, then follow the prompts to install it. You must either be a super admin or have App Marketplace Access permissions.
Data Quality Digest
A weekly notification that provides users a summary of their account's data health. The digest highlights changes in issue volume, tracks ongoing maintenance needs, and empowers users to proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies before downstream impacts occur. The digest will include recent changes and/or updates in the data health of a portal including, but not limited to, Duplicates, Formatting Suggestions, and Properties.
Customers can opt-into the Data Quality Weekly Digest by clicking Settings > Notifications > Data Quality.
Under Notification Topics, you can check the box next to Weekly digest on changes to your data quality and click Save.
