FEATURED HUBSPOT UPDATES

FEATURED BETA - PROFESSIONAL & ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS

User Object Available in Reports

From Reports, users can now create single object reports or custom reports containing the User object. When creating a report, users can filter, select, and display existing User properties to quickly get a pulse on how a team or group of users is interacting with HubSpot.

Imagine you are a Sales manager and you want to easily keep an eye on the connectivity of your team members' email and calendar accounts, you know that having their accounts properly connected is both a sign of good app adoption and helps them close deals. You can now build a report to be put on a dashboard or schedule to be sent to you to visualize in real-time.

Delete Form Submissions

Users with appropriate permissions can now delete form submissions. By default, the super admins for the HubSpot portal will be granted access to delete form submissions. Any user who needs to delete form submissions should reach out to their portal admin to get the necessary permissions.

When deleting a form submission, all the relevant analytics data such as Submissions count, Conversion rate etc. will be updated. All the reporting across HubSpot, for example, Customer journey analytics etc. will be updated to reflect the deleted submissions.

Contacts/Companies/Tickets created via form submissions will not be deleted. Also, any workflows triggered via a form submission will continue to execute even after the form submission has been deleted.

Ticket Lists

You can now create lists of tickets! Easily find your most important tickets by using any property or event data from the Tickets object or its Associated Objects. Once you create a list of tickets, you can use that list across various tools like workflows, reporting, and saved views.

Go to lists, click Create list, and select Ticket-based. Once you name your list, you will see all objects and properties you can use to find the tickets you need. You can create a list of tickets based on:

  • Any Associated Objects and their properties (e.g. list of tickets that are associated to companies based in Texas, California, and Oregon)
  • Any Associated Objects and their interactions (e.g. list of tickets that are associated to contacts who performed a certain event)
  • Any Associated List membership (e.g. list of tickets that are associated to companies in your '2023 Pipeline' deal list)
